RETURN POLICY

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction. We stand behind our products and services and want our customers to be satisfied with them. We will always do our utmost to take care of our customers.


For certain reasons, if you are not entirely satisfied with an item ordered from WowKatana.com when the item is damaged/defective, you may return it within 30 calendar days after your tracking number is marked as "delivered" to receive a return, exchange, or refund.


To assist us in processing your return, exchange, or refund request, we may ask you to provide photos or other written evidence as proof, so that we can best diagnose the issue and provide you with a solution.


If your return, exchange, or refund request is approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions for completing the return. Any returns must be notified to us to obtain an RMA number, and we do not accept any returns without an RMA. Items must be received within 14 days after the RMA number is approved and assigned. We highly recommend using a service with tracking numbers to locate return packages. Items returned after the specified deadline may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.


Items must be returned in new condition, unused, and with the entire original packaging and accessories, manuals, etc. Otherwise, we may charge a 30% restocking fee.


We will cover all costs, including product costs and shipping fees, if it is confirmed to be due to manufacturing issues or our error; otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.


If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order. If we process and ship your order, we cannot cancel it. If you contact us after shipment, we cannot recall the order. Once you receive the package, you can return it to our US warehouse. If we haven't processed your order, we can cancel it upon your request.


If we approve a refund, it will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.


If you find any quality or craftsmanship issues with our products, please contact us immediately. Abused products are not covered by this warranty. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions on our website, occasional variations in size, color, or design may occur. Any remedies for unintentional errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability are at our discretion.
